Sunshine Massage Studio showcases a truly unique massage experience that blends Thai massage, yoga, inversion therapy, Acroyoga, aerial yoga, vibration therapy, aromatherapy, sound healing, and ashiatsu in mystifying ways that make it a must for anyone seeking transformation. We are also known for working with couples; we offer couples massage lessons, and our couples massage sessions are extremely popular!
Our mission is to bridge the worlds of both yoga and massage by providing a multi-sensory massage "journey" through mind, body, and spirit. We are known for "wowing" our clients with a one-of-a-kind healing experience, and honoring our clients with compassionate listening, customized work/pressure, and superb customer service. PLEASE NOTE: Sunshine Massage Studio does not offer typical massage therapies provided by traditional spas and does not use massage tables. The owner, Samantha Sunshine, has invented 6 truly unique massage modalities not taught in massage school. This is a fun, creative, and stimulating job opportunity for those who are seriously ready to learn, think, and massage "outside of the box". Sunshine Massage Studio specifically caters to clients looking for an alternative approach to massage. Massage training is provided for free and maintaining an open mind and attitude for learning is a must!

The Job:
Sunshine Massage Studio, winner of "Best Massage" 2016 in Vail, winner of "Best Freestyle Eastern" 2021 at the World Championships for Massage, is expanding and now hiring 1 full-time/ 1 part-time / and on-call therapists for the 2023-2024 Summer and Winter season.
Compensation: Start off by earning 30% ~35% of each service you book + tip. Keep 100% of your own tips. Our clients tip 20-30% off the session price. We believe in providing incentives for going the extra mile; we give higher commissions for couples’ massages, 4-handed massages, mobile massages, chair massages, repeat clients, and bringing in your own clients to the studio. For those high-performing rock star massage ninjas, there are opportunities to grow and earn higher commissions. Bonuses are given to artists for staying with the company longer than a year. The commissions can vary between the different session types, so full details on compensation will be provided during the interview process. There are also opportunities to make commissions by selling CBD, answering phones, and scheduling appointments for yourself or other artists. Massage trades amongst the staff are encouraged and are available free of charge. If hired, you will receive free massage training worth $2,200 in value. As part of being on the Sunshine Dream team, you will be invited to team dinners, excursions, and on-going free training.

Highlight any relevant experience you have, and please mention any yoga experience. We will then set up a time to do a spoken and hands-on interview. You will also have the opportunity to receive a 90-minute massage from the owner, Sunshine. After you complete Sunshine Technique training, there will be a paid training where you will learn the operational aspects of the business, and then you will be ready to get on the schedule and start seeing clients.
Training: If you don't currently have experience in Thai massage, AcroYoga..etc, you are still encouraged to apply! The Sunshine Technique training will cover all the basics you will need to know to see paying clients. The Sunshine Technique will be an immersive and fun training, occurring on Dec. 1-5, from 11-7 PM each day. You will get training in Thai massage, inversion therapies, percussive therapies (with tools), deep tissue, and beyond!

The Sunshine Summer Massage Training Is Here!
