Experience the joy of outdoor yoga in a beautiful alpine setting at Betty Ford Alpine Gardens! Join us every Monday, Wednesday and Friday for a unique summer yoga experience where you can relax, have fun, and connect with nature. Set against the stunning backdrop of the high alpine garden, our classes incorporate laughter, partner stretches, and aromatherapy, making each class a delightful escape.

Our classes are open to all levels, whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi. The fee is $20, payable in cash upon arrival, and no advance registration is required. The program runs until September 13th, so be sure to bring your yoga mat, water, and sun protection. We can't wait to practice with you in the sunshine!
