Welcome to Sunshine Massage Studio! We are dedicated to providing a relaxing, professional, and rejuvenating experience for all our clients. Please take a moment to review our Terms and Conditions, which outline our policies and procedures. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to the following terms.
Appointments & Booking
Reservation Policy: Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person. Advance booking is recommended to secure your preferred time.
Credit Card on File: We require a valid credit card to secure your appointment. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking unless specified.
Arrival Time: Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to ensure a relaxed check-in process. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to accommodate the next client.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Cancellations & Rescheduling: We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Late Cancellations: Appointments canceled within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the service price.
No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice, you will be charged 50% of the service price
Health & Safety
Client Intake Form: All clients must complete a health intake form before their first appointment. Please inform us of any medical conditions, injuries, or allergies.
COVID-19 & Illness Policy: If you are feeling unwell, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment. No fees will be charged for rescheduling due to illness with at least 12 hours' notice.
Hygiene & Professional Conduct: We maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment. Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session, and the full service fee will be charged.
Payment & Gratuity
We accept credit/debit cards, and gift cards.
Gratuity is not included in the service price but is greatly appreciated. Industry standard is 20-35%.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Gift Certificates & Packages
Expiration: Gift certificates and prepaid packages expire one year from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
Non-Refundable & Transferable: All gift certificates and packages are final sale and cannot be exchanged for cash, but can be transferred to another person.
Liability & Disclaimer
Massage services are not a substitute for medical care. If you have a medical condition or are under a doctorβs care, please consult your physician before receiving a massage.
Sunshine Massage Studio is not liable for any pre-existing conditions, injuries, or reactions resulting from a massage session.
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with massage therapy.
Privacy Policy
Your personal information is kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
We may use your contact information to send appointment reminders, promotional offers, and studio updates. You may opt out at any time.
Changes to Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
